Returns
If you would like to return a product, please return the unopened product in its original packaging to the address below. Returns are free within Switzerland, excluding consignments from retailers. Just get in touch with us and we’ll send you a returns label. Any other orders can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, in exchange for a credit note for the full amount, minus delivery costs. The delivery costs for international returns are to be borne by the buyer. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, skincare products cannot be returned. Delivery costs cannot be reimbursed for shipments that could not be delivered, were not picked up, were sent back, or were refused, unless this is caused by an error at our end.
